There are three levels of service here:
Solo Sprint: You complete the desired program on your own without coaching. The content is based on psychology, neuroscience and uses a coaching style to guide you through the weekly lessons to create legacy defining change.
Coach's Check-in: You complete the desired program with 1:1 coaching support in the first week, mid-point and last week. The content is the same, the accountability is 10x.
Coached for Transformation: You complete the desired program with weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. This is an immersive experience that scales personal development 100x. The same course is provided but the coaching sessions are tailored for immediate and habitual change.
